By using the Daibo Studio website and purchasing artwork from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders where necessary. Shipping, framing, and handling details may apply as described on product pages and order communications.

Artwork and copyright

Each original painting is one of a kind; colors on screen may differ slightly from the physical work. Purchasing a painting or print transfers ownership of that physical object only. All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daibo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
